Have the school or district administrator* submit a letter on school or district letterhead expressing desire to receive free Book-Ease®. The letter should also include:

• Quantity of Book-Ease® required (2000 minimum)
• Number of students in the school or district
• Number of students who will be receiving Book-Ease®
• Administrators telephone and contact information
• Best date(s) and time(s) to contact the administrator
• Expected delivery date.
